This book is about the amazing thing that is animal rescue transport. We follow a journalist who is trying to learn more about the process. Like me, she was skeptical of the process and why it was needed but quickly changes opinions. We don’t just follow dog transport but also cat and bunny.
This book is not sad like most rescue books. There are down parts where people post about dogs needing transport that never get it but other than that it all happy and frustrating. Frustrating in the sense of you follow someone plan a transport only to have weather or one person back out and the entire thing is cancelled.
I would recommend this quick read to anyone who has anything to do with rescued animals. It gives you a feeling of hope about the lengths people go to in order to save amazing creatures.

this book sounds interesting. i really want to have a copy on it,
My mom enjoys reading rescue books she will have to look this one up to see if it is on kindle.

We started doing transports for DRNA while back in Ohio and just did our first Missouri one last weekend. Love helping an animal get a second chance at happiness
