Book Review: The Puppy Diaries

Oh wow it’s been a while since I’ve done a book review! Probably because it’s been a while since I have had time to read which is strange.

I actually found this book a bit hard to get through. Not because the story was sad, but rather because of the way it was written. I expected a memoir type book but instead it read like a text book. It actually felt like I was reading the notes to a science experiment and not a story of raising a puppy.

Nope, not a book I recommend.

  1. Our mom only gives a book 87 pages to be GOOD… if NOT… she puts it back in the Going to the Library bag.. and goes on to somethingy.. BETTER to read.
Glad that you let us know…we will tell her not to bother with this one. WE trust your judgement.

  2. Hi hi hi! Ojo here! Thanks for the tip, my person will avoid that book. Even though the puppy on the front is very cute. (And hey, who needs a puppy diary when she has ME?)

  3. I love to read and I love dogs, but oddly I dont love many dog books. I find them too mushy or as you say of htis one too clinical. I am glad you warned me off this one
